Comic-Con News: Release Date and Art

Just a quick little update for you guys and gals. Comic con is in full swing and a bit of interesting information has been brought forward. It seems The U.S. release dates have been set for the pair of Sonic Boom games.

Those stateside are set to get their hands on Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal on Nov 11th followed by the release of Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric on Nov 18th. We haven’t received information for the more global release schedule, but those in the know are suggesting sooner rather than later.

In another development, SEGA has also released the Box art for both versions of the games. It is nice to see what the physical end product will look like as it helps give the prospect of owning this game more of a tangible and obtainable reality rather than a far reaching fantasy.





Personally I like the pair of sleeves. I must say that these covers are a pretty far reach from what we are used to seeing in a Sonic release, and that may be pretty appropriate in this case.



So that is that. Let’s see if we learn anything else over the course of Comic-Con.
